Dream Dragon Picture Books Offer Entertainment and More
Author Nyle Steck has created an entire world of fantasy and fun with the Dream Dragon character. Dream Time Friend is the first in his series of bedtime stories. The Dream Dragon Tuck ‘em in Bedtime Stories are part of the Read-A-Long & Sing-A-Song series. These stories include an audiocassette featuring The Dream Dragon theme song "Mystical Dream", the story read by actor Geoffrey Holder and the story set to music. There are 3 different Dream Dragon story categories. The Tuck ‘em in Bedtime Stories, Lessons to Learn From: Look What I Know, and Lessons to Learn From: Life Lessons. Each category is intended for a specific age group.

Lessons to Learn From: Look What I Know. This series is for children ages 3-6, or pre-school age. Some of the story titles are: I Know My Numbers 1 To 10, I Know All The Days of the Week, and I Know the Color Game. There are also a few of the bedtime stories that are intended to help teach children. Protector of Dreamland is a story intended to help children deal with nightmares. It delves into basic dream control and how a child can effectively overcome nightmares. A Dragon Family Reunion teaches children about the origin and myths of dragon folklore throughout the world. It teaches them the names of dragons from different regions of the world while offering an entertaining journey through a party hosted by dragons. All of the stories try to promote the fact that dragons are not monsters, but actually incredible, magical and mystical creatures.

Lessons to Learn From: Life Lessons. This series is for children ages 7-12. This series deals with more serious subject matter. Some of the titles are The Danger of the Stranger, The Buddy System, Drugs From Thugs, When Touching Is Not A Game and Gun’s Aren’t Always Toys.
